Well, this is another case fo a domain hack where the ect is integrated into the domain. I think this is in for around mid to high xx, develop it into an affiliate site for popular antivirus and spywares

No it wont, or at least I highly doubt it will. The domain will be associated with the word "spywar" unless it is developed into a website that includes the "spyware" phrase, even then I doubt the search engines will interpret the word in the domain.
