well, if you approached spybot S&D you would probably get sued (although maybe not since it's free and everything) and thats your only market so... Maybe reg fee if the spybot people don't want it.

Eitherway, I can still use it for Sedo for now, right? I'm pretty sure the domain will bring in something. Maybe spybot will eventually become a general internet term, minus the trademark. :tu:

Yeah - i seen this one too. The OVT ratings are sky high, but there was a whole lot of hassle to do with trademarks. I think the owner of spybot.com might buy it though (or sue!).
