HugeDomains has SportCitizen.com and it's up for sale. BIN 3k.
They have about 900+ variation of "citizen"'s domains.

But according to NameBio there is only 28 reported "XXXcitizen.com" sales since 2005.

This was probably dropped due to what happened at deadspin. Basically a bunch of sports writers also wanted to cover politics but the new owners only wanted the site to focus on sports. This is combining both sports and politics/civics. I am guessing that the owner realized that sport based sites will remain focused on sports.
