Please evaluate my Sportsbook.gd. I say it's not worth anything! I will let it go dirt cheap or build a site promulgating how they cheat! By the way, I was playing in a large poker tournament tonight at Sportsbook.com and on the final break (I was way ahead) they had a malfunction and I sat there waiting 2 hours for the tournament to resume. I called them and they said gee we had a problem and the tournament is over. They gave me no money back and gave me a hard time for demanding that I am deserving of first place and or my money back or both. They said nope, Sorry and I didn't get a damn penny back, not even my entry fee!. Sportsbook.com cheats!!! I got nothing and I plan to blog. This is only the start!!! Rep points given to all that reply.

i thought playing online poker for money was illegal if you're a U.S. resident. i know millions still do it but it would mean you likely have no legal recourse against the website that screwed you. that's the risk you take...like going all in with a pair of 10s.

i think you can get low $XXX for these exact key words even with the worthless ext.

If you are looking to develop a site around how a website or some other company cheated you, it could cause you some legal issues. Technically it's not slander if what you say is true but how can you really prove what you say is true and no doubt they have some pretty nifty lawyers.

Outside of that, the domain you have might be worth maybe low $xx undeveloped. It has some SEO potential but there are so so so so so so so so many on line gambling domains out there right now, they are my friend what they call 'a dime a dozen'.

Sportsbook.extention seems to have done good. Here are some sales:

SportsBook vc $1,800 May 07
SportsBook mobi $129,800 Jan 07
SportsBook in $1,395 Aug 06
iSportBook mobi $70 Jan 07
SportsBooks info $3,100 Dec 06
LVSportsBooks com $300 May 06
DailySportsBook com $2,000 Sep 05
CasinoSportsBooks com $5,155 Jun 05
InteractiveSportsBook com $500 Dec 04

Based on the .vc sale, I'd say High $xxx to Low $x,xxx

Thx for your input. Rep points sent. Legal or not they have no right to steal my several hundred I won and not so much as give me my entry few back on the tournament they they canceled because their sever failed?. I have recourse alright. I will blog and expose them. It is not illegal to gamble on line, it is just illegal to use credit cards I think. There are 2 states I believe that it is illegal. I could be wrong. How much do you think I can cost them via exposing they run a crooked site via blogging? Perhaps millions?

I expect you are correct about legal issues but provided I tell 100% the truth and have back up emails to prove what I say is correct they have a small chance if beating me in court. Rep points sent.

Well if you are confident that you can back up you are saying, making it truth and not slander then I would suggest developing your website which will in turn generate the traffic you want and get you deeply embedded into the search engines and that will only increase the value of your website. So it's a win - win ... you get to tell your story about how you got cheated and help the value of your domain at the same time. =)

I think Sportsbook.in went cheap. I can see a mid xx,xxx sale for it in the near future (just as Poker.in went cheap first, later sold for 60k)

Actually, the Federal law does not address the individual player. Instead it targets the financial institutions who accept or expedite the payment systems for online gambling. In other words, if you can find a way to deposit and withdraw funds from an online poker site, you can play. This law was really an extension of the old wire fraud law which made it a crime to accept bets over the telephone lines...bookmaking.
