Well I posted this at Sitepoint a few min ago. I dunno if anybody will be interested here, but might as well try.

Well, I am looking to sell my portfolio of fully developed sports websites.

You can view all of the sites by going here:

http://www.jcfan.net

and clicking sites on the left panel. There is a team site for every NFL, NBA, and MLB team.

Here are a few examples:
NBA: http://www.hornetsnews.com
NFL: http://www.brownsreport.com
MLB: http://www.marlinscentral.com

Also included are a set of main sports sites, one for each sport. Those can be seen here: http://www.jcfan.net/Sports_Fan_Sites.php

Every team fan site(except for a few which are down) also has a team blog. Some of them have been started up with an active blogger. And some of them havent.

Here are a few examples of the blogs:
NBA: http://www.celticsnews.com/blog
MLB: http://www.dbackstalk.com/blog/
NFL: http://www.steelerspass.com/blog/

You can scroll down the list of teams on the left nav panel on each of those links and see the rest of them, which are active and ETC. With a little more work into it, all the blogs could probably be easily filled. None of the bloggers are paid or anything either.

All the sites are around a year old, some are a little older(like the central sports sites). The Baseball sites came later on so aren't They all do pretty well Search Engine wise as well. For instance when you search "Team Name Roster" Team Name Schedule" "Team Name Wallpapers" "Team Name Fan Site" ETC, our sites are listed fairly high considering how long they've been around and what not.

I listed a few examples but decided to delete them as it'd be more of a test if you did it. Try it out for yourself on Yahoo or Google, we rank fairly high with most if not close to all of the sites.

Please think of all of the factors involved in this sale. 30K in yearly profit, which can go way up with other ad sales. I get emails daily/weekly about new advertising from companies. Almost 100 fully designed Websites. I paid quite a bit for the designs, would like to get a good portion of that back with the sale. Also 100 pretty good domains as well, with great SE rankings to go with them.

Obviously this package may entice you a bit more if you're a sports fan. For me, it was a way to work with the 2 things I love: The Web and Sports. I am hoping it could be the same to somebody else.

Please leave any other questions you may have and I can answer them.

Revenue Details:

Profit: We tried Google out for quite a while, ads still are up on a few sites for whatever reason. I took most of them off though because they took to much space away from other 3rd advertising sold, as well as clicks from them. We sell all of our advertising to ticket corporations, sometimes sports gambling sites, and your typical basketball sites.

The Sites made about 30,000 this year in total sales(a little more actually) A good portion of that is going to be re-occurring this year and every year after with renewals for each company. Now, I know dealing with 3rd party advertising is different that adsense profit ETC. However, with purchase I can provide you with everything to keep everything in order. I have Paypal Reciepts. a Whole Folder in Outlook with exchanged emails. And a Sales log with when ads were purchased, what sites they were purchased on, and notes about the sales person, name ETC. All of this will be transfered to you as well to keep up with renewals and keep everything in order to keep making current profits. I do want the sites to succeed, so I can give support through the exchange and make sure everything goes as good as possible.
