I run in 5K/10K races and I am training for my first marathon. I have a race this weekend (10/8), and another on 10/30, and am willing to advertise your business/website for a small fee or in exchange for merchandise. We can work out a deal for single races, or a long-term deal. We can work our way up to a long term deal as well. If the deal is right, I'll even do all of my training while wearing your logo.

Your website/business can be on my shirt/jersey, on a hat, written on my arm(s), socks, etc. I'm open to ideas, but on my shirt/jersey is the most obvious solution. I know a number of reputable screen-printers and custom-embroiderists in my area who can take care of the creation, unless you have one you would rather use.

I am not fast, and I will not win, but I will not finish last either. Look at this as a unique, low-cost, off-line advertising opportunity. Many spectators, participants, and motorists will see me before, during, and after these events, and like I said, maybe during training too (if we work the deal out that way).

Most of the events I compete in are in the Madison, WI area, and I plan on competing in other events near Milwaukee, MSP, Chicago.

I will provide race and non-action photos as proof that I indeed advertised your business.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Is it for charity?

This race is not for a charitable orginization. I'm seeking an athletic sponsorship, not one for charitable purposes. Thanks for asking for the clarification.
