Splash page for wordpress blog ??

Hello , i am trying to learn by doing a wordpress blog , no one around to help me , so most things are trial and error , now i have recently been told becaue this site has adult content i need a splash page with a warning embedded in it ?

Well ok ....... but how do i go about finding one , do wordpress offer one as a plugin i wonder ?

Can anyone suggest anything ? i am not working or on benifits so money is tight , so i need to find a free one and then the hassle of installing it ???

Unless a simple plug in is what i need

I dont really know of a plugin for wordpress, but doing a little bit of html and adding a couple files could create it.

looks like all you need to do is cut and paste, change some text and the url, and save as index.html.

if you're still looking for the plugin solution then try the third link that gjvblack posted. if you don't mind keeping the same look as the rest of your blog for your splash page, then just use the built-in feature in wordpress 2.3+.
