Depends how you define age. Since there's a strong correlation between a domain's having an early initial registration and high value, I consider 10 years of archive.org history equivalent to a "10 year old domain". The archive.org history is what you sell to the end-user.

But yes, you are correct that the domain was dropped by its previous owner a few weeks ago.
