It has a PR of 3 right now, without much advertisment yet. Also the design + content to be included if possible, if not then just the domain.

Just the domain, I think it is worth >= $100. With the site and traffic, mid $xxx.

the name though long says it all i could pay U.S.$60 (wholesaler's price) for the domain alone and as for the development might involve more as this type of site requires at least a dedicated server or a vps because of it's bandwidth consumption.
