It is mid $xx to me. Sorry if I am wrong. But I think the domain is developable and could be developed into a site that gives some information on accidents and traffic rules etc.

For end user it might be something but only the end user can tell what is it worth to him.

when i first saw this name i thought 'speed' refers to the drug amphetamine. if that's the case, then it would make sense to also pick up the .org version too.
