Spanish resources website (over 3000 uniques/day, about $1500/month)

Hello. I'm the webmaster of a Spanish website on programming/web design, although it also has content about technology and internet. Here are some statistics:

- More than a year online
- Over 3000 unique real visits per day (more than 6000 page impressions)
- PageRank 5 at home page
- About 30000 backlinks according to Yahoo
- More than 20000 indexed pages in Yahoo and about 45000 in Google
- Alexa Rank between 80000 and 70000 (in the last weeks, the rank was about 50000)
- It has small AdSense ads in less than a half of content pages, and the earnings are generally over $50 per day (ONLY with AdSense)

The website is now listed at Sedo.com with public statistics, and I've received 3 offers in the last weeks, but they weren't interesting and I refused them.
