Are spanish names worth it to reg if not a .com or .net?

What about a good keyword in Spanish with the extension .bz

Any thoughts?

I saw a lot of them selling very good....i think they are a good option. Think about the 400 millon people speaking spanish.

The Spanish internet is growing very rapidly. But I'd probably stick with .com and .net.

Also, don't limit yourself to letters without accents. The Spanish speaking population won't.

I have some spanish .com, .net, .org, .info and probably will register some ccTLDs with spanish keywords (.es for me), but I wouln't register a .bz (anyway, I think English is their official language).

I'm not sure about the rest, but I prefer no accent marks in domains. The 'ñ' would be the only one I would like to use, I don't think the rest (acute accents, diaeresis) are necessary (in domains) for spanish speaking people.

I just sold mapas.us (maps in spanish) on eBay for $100. I was hoping for more, but it shows that there is a market.

I have a 2 letter .bz = cz.bz

Could stand for cubic zirconia.

I've managed to get some decent Spanish domains in the .us , but have a more limited selection in .com.
