You've got some really nice ones there!

Provincias.info is great for an informational website in spanish about the 50 provinces that we've got. That could get you some traffic in my opinion.
Ventajas is a really nice one and its a word that we use a lot, so it shouldnt be difficult to find the right buyer.
Carteras is great as wallet, but we dont use it as portfolio tho, we use the word portfolio.
Dulcesmujeres.com is, in my opinion, regfee, becouse we use word + adjetive not adjetive + word. It should be mujeresdulces.com and even the adjetive dulces for women doesnt sound too good, its more used for food.

About the prices undeveloped, I'd say about $50-100 for provincias and 150-300 for carteras and ventajas.

I agree with most of what JSaez said but I don't agree about cartera.info. In Spanish cartera is used for portfolio (as in domain portfolio 'cartera de dominios') and I believe that the domain has more value for this meaning than for wallet.
