RealEstate is a term used mainly in US and UK. In Spain, Italy, France, Portugal etc.. RealEstate is not used at all. Besides, Spain is the english name of "Espana" , then it loses almost all the potential.
By the way, since it is a .com, and since many investor companies would be interested in the next future in the european realestate market, i think its value could reach mid $xxx if you hold it for some time.
