Hello everyone,

I know I already posted this in the .tv forum but that doesn't get as much activity this forum and I also wanted some more general input from non tv domainers. If a moderator feels there is a problem with having similar threads please remove as you see fit.

Anyway back onto business. What do you think of SouthPacific.tv? A popular tourist destination well known for different islands like Fiji and for cruises. Would this need development to fullfill potential? I am not too hot on .tv names but this one seemed too good to pass up imo.

I don't own any .tv domains, but have seen a fair amount of popular developed sites in the categories of music and MMA.

Personally, I like SouthPacific.tv and think it begs development.
Couldn't put a figure on it, but good luck.

It may be because of my age, but when I hear the term South Pacific being used, I immediately think of the Broadway play and not the geographical term it is meant for.

This may hamper your development efforts as there may be better terms than this one to develop for that region. If I would have seen that name I would not have regged it for that reason.

That is not to say I haven't regged old terms myself(I do have a number of .tv names), I'm just telling what came to my mind. I would appraise this at reg fee but wish you the best in whatever course you take with the name.
