This is not a niche. If you register anything using "Sora" even remotely relating to text-to-video AI, what you are doing is going after a trademarked brand and there's a good chance OpenAi will come after you.

Good luck proving to a judge that you started registering Sora domains just after OpenAI announced their video AI called Sora (which is already trademarked) because you found it on dictionary, and that you did not register these domains in bad faith to capitalize on OpenAI's Sora.
