Final decision: Deny the transfer of the domain name Sonata.ai to the Complainant. The WIPO panelists (3) also denied a finding of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking that the Respondent had requested.

Doesn't own sonata.com. Registered a US trademark in November 28, 2023. Then filed a UDRP in November 29,2023.

Not sneaky at all.

People are delusional. Good thing that the WIPO process is more or less predictable by now and most panelists are somewhat educated in the matter. It's always good to opt for a 3-panelist arbitration, too, I'm not sure I would trust one person to decide the fate of my asset.
