Something simple to fix im sure....but help!

Alright so right now im working on a simple text tween animation in Flash. I simply have it where when you put ur mouse over the word it morphs into another word. Got all that straigh but im having two problems that are bugging the hell outta me. When i click on the image to take me to the next page it takes me to a "C:\Documents and Settings\" type address with the URL on the end of that address. Thats one thing and the other is that I want it to link to a window that pops up only to fit the layout that i have designed which is 800x600. The whole site will be within the 800x600 layout. How is this done!?!

put the actually .fls & .swf files into your directory...when these files are moved from the directory the link will begin pointing itself in different directions.
-i'm not sure what you mean when you say 'i want it to link to a window that pops up only to fit the layout that i have designed which is 800x600'...is the pop up window itself displayed at 800x600???
