You could probably go to the tourism board and put forward a case that they can buy it and control it for $5,000-8,000 or so, I certainly would not accept any less as it is a very nice (and busy) tourism area in England and otherwise could be well developed

The .org actually helps in this case if someone gets it, as it conveys authority.

Somerset is also the 3rd largest county in Maine. In addition there is also the Somerset resort located in Rockland, Maine
I would put the resell value at 5k - 7k
