Description:
When I started this venture I designed the websites to make money in two ways. Advertisers could pay for ad space on cell phones, by having us attach a message to the content we send to cell phones daily. The other way was to charge users 1.99 a month and give them the content daily.
Each of these websites is designed to send out daily content to cell phones. The trivia website is currently free for users to signup, the other sites have been set up to send the content to users for a 1.99 fee per month. (These can also be set to offer free content to users cell phones also). Most carriers work, if you look on the pages under the signup tab you'll see which carriers work, although they don't work 100% of the time, some cell phones don't work too well with the text messaging. Play with it though and you'll find most phones work on it very easily.
The websites have all been set to free until about 2 weeks ago. I had around a thousand users (I saved the mysql database files if you want to insert these users back into the system and give them content for free + advertising). Since I changed it to the paid system I have had a few signups which will also transfer over with the sites, but I haven't advertised it and even asked some websites linking to me to pull their links to us while I posted the sites for sale.
More about the coding:
code is mysql; php and allows users to select days and times they want their content. Content is really easy to add, either bulk, or individually like if you want to add a joke everyday etc. This code was developed 100% for these websites and is totally unique, and very well done. There is options for adding sponsors(text messages attached as advertisments), addings new content, adding/editing users can be done easily in the mysql panel, aswell as adding and deleting cell phone carriers.
Why am I selling?
I have an amazing, unique, awesome idea. The monthly costs are around 5-10 bucks per domain to host it, other than that you have everything you need, content, good websites, good domains, etc. I'd really like to take this project to the next step, I lack the overall funds for a mass marketing effort, and I'd really like to be able to someday look at how these sites/company is/are doing and say hey, I started that. For the time being, however, I think I've done all I can as far as developing these sites and getting them ready for someone with better marketing skills, and the ability to fund a good campaign, to run them and succeed with them.
I'm looking for offers/Bids for the entire package. This listing is for ALL of the following. I'm not really interested in partial offers for portions of what I have below. I'm more or less looking to give it all to someone who can take it to the next level.

The "Over a year of content avail, and several months of content avail" describe the amount of content available for that website. For example something with over a year has enough content in the database to send messages to users for over a year before it starts sending the same content out again. So if you have one that's exactly a year you might want to upload more at the end of 11 months or just let it recycle. I've just let it recycle so far, most users don't remember a joke, horoscope or trivia question after a year. Some of the Alexa ratings are not as high as I'd like, but keep in mind the user comes to the website once, signs up, and then all communications are done via cell phone, so don't use the Alexa rating as an indicator of how deep these sites reach.
