Us Brits usually spell it fertilisation so there's a lot of room for confusion here which seriously diminishes the value of the name, except possibly to the owner of invitrofertilisation.co.uk, who appears to be a reseller.

Gingivitis and AdultAcne .co.uk are decent medical terms and Arachnophobia is a decent term though I'm not sure how it would be developed but .co.uk names are difficult to put a value to

Thanks for the feedback. Re the spelling of InVitroFertilization, it is spelled both with a 'z' and an 's' within the uk. According to the Collins English dictionary the correct spelling of Fertilization is with a 'Z'.

I'll just add here that I have a degree in Linguistics and Phonetics and actually wrote a 5,000 word essay on the use of 's' and 'z' in British English (I'll email it to anyone who wants it!!!)

Bottom line is: can use either, technically 'z' for US and 's' for UK. However, technicality has nothing to do with type ins and due to more Americanisms in the UK, it is likely most people in England use a z anyway!

Think I'll skip the 5000 word essay, but Overture UK results show substantially more results in searches for "in vitro fertilisation" than "in vitro fertilization". Like I said, for type-in traffic I'd want both versions because despite there being a preference in Britain for the UK style version with the "s" there's no overall consensus and thus a lot of room for confusion.

I like these all of these names

I like all of these names. I think they are low to mid xx or better. Even if InVitroFertilization.co.uk isn't spelled correctly for the UK (which I believe since I have seen people from the UK and europe in general spell things this way). Gingivitis.co.uk should be great as the English have notoriously bad teeth. All things considered, I like Arachnophobia.co.uk the best. This is an interesting, generic term.

AdultAcne.co.uk - low xx

Arachnophobia.co.uk - mid to high xx

Gingivitis.co.uk - mid to high xx

InVitroFertilization.co.uk - low xx (long and wrong spelling hurts this one)
