I'm no domain expert but they make no sense and .info generally isn't well trusted as a TLD... I would say reg fee... but more experienced members please feel free to correct me.

I am sorry but imo *and it is just that* these names do not fit the ext. .info is a good ext again imo but is suited for key words, geos, dict, fact, information sites
