We recently received an inquiry related to your domain name,
my domain .COM . The specific inquiry related to your domain name can be
described as follows:

We have received notification that a legal complaint on the domain(s)
has been filed through the World Intellectual Property Organization,
www.wipo.int. Please contact [email protected] with any
questions.

In accordance with our registration agreement,
https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/legal...dy&isc=gdbb135,
we have charged your credit card in the amount of $29.00 for our
processing of this inquiry.

Have you received anything regarding the WIPO yet?

Have you received any C&D's from any companies related to this domain at all?

If the answer to both of these is no then it is a case of waiting for information regarding the WIPO so you can see if it has any merit.

If the answer was yes however then we would need to know more details but I strongly advise you to be cautious with the information you give out as if the complainant finds what you write they could conceivably use it against you.

Exactly... don't say anything until you know the details. Anything you say/write can be used against you, so tread carefully. First thing I would do is use TESS at www.uspto.gov and find out if the domain is a TM. If it is a TM, find out what the TM is for, and compare that against your current use. If you are parking it, and it is a TM, be ready to let go of the name imho. IF you are using it for a non-tm related issue, and it isn't a "famous" mark (a mark universally known, such as Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Cher, etc), you may be ok... more information is really needed here.

Also, was this a dropped name?

Also confusing... since when does the registrar charge the domain holder for processing of a WIPO claim? The url you posted didn't post right... but thats disturbing if thats in their terms...
