People thought just like that in 1998 and 99 and people like u ran off with lol.com and cool.com this is once in a life time chance for to get domains for mobile internet .eu flopped because no one was interested in .mobi companies llike Microsoft and Google are interested in developing mobile sites but u ya no well say NO to .mobi its ok if u want to say NO to future just shut your eyes if u dont want to see the .mobi revolution lol

No problem mate, it's a place where landlords can advertise their properties for rental in return for a slice of the income. Letting agencies find lodgers or tenants both equally as popular names yet means the same thing! Or match lodgers/tenants to properties they are looking for.

Agencies also will look after your property (if your the landlord) for an additional charge.

Anyways, there are a few .mobis that had resale success lately, i still don't have my hopes up high. There are too many difficulties with browsers and technical limitations, the american as well as european cell networks are not up to the japanese speed and last but not least, if developers do their homework and someone logs into a site from a mobile device, the OS is detected and the user is routed to a wap page. And while i'm at it, the ROI to promote a .mobi and generate sufficient revenue to either break even or MAYBE generate profit are out of reach at this time and will be for a while. Then again, this has been an ongoing discussion for a long time now, there are die hard .mobi(ers) and then there's the rest of us....

I tend to disagree with you slightly there europe seems to be quite up on 3g as we've had it for years now, the only thing holding us back is the release and rollout of 4g phones and equipment! IMO anyway

I beg to differ with the mobi resale success comment. This ext. is extremely new yet their have been huge sales.
