In order for a BIN update to be valid, it needs to be 1) Updated in the sales listing & 2) a new post announcing the BIN update must be posted in the thread before it is valid. A new post/comment alerts all participants of the new BIN. You can't just lower the BIN and announce a winner yourself without the proper BIN Update followed by the buyer posting "SOLD @ BIN"

The above $75 BIN is not valid and the domain is still for sale with the $80 BIN.
