Well spotted, I didn't see this myself. I'm sure it was an honest mistake (I did this myself on an auction yesterday). I'll provisionally accept his bid on the condition that he adjusts it to the correct amount. I've sent @nicedomains a pm to this effect. If it's not corrected within 24 hours then your high bid stands.
