There is no "SOLD for BIN" post by any buyer in the listing as outlined in the rules.

The following rule was violated:
6.2.4. A Buy-It-Now ("BIN") price may be changed (added, reduced, increased, or removed) on an auction prior to it being accepted, in accordance with rule 6.2.3. The BIN price in an auction must be publicly accepted by a buyer.

An unacceptable business infraction is being issued to the seller for closing the auction early with active bidders and selling the domain outside the auction with no valid PUBLIC sold post by a buyer in the listing for everyone to see transparently.
