End users and those looking to develop are the ones you want. 4 of my big .co.in sales were from people who contacted me.

There are 7 India extensions: .in, .co.in, .net.in, .org.in, .firm.in ,.gen.in and .ind.in .... I would stick to .in, and .co.in ..... but depends on how good the word is I guess.
