Software for online radio?

hi,
i want to setup a site like www.smashits.com and if you click the radio bit and then click on a station

is there a software that i can buy to get the radio system like that?

also another one is the bbc one.

2. can shoutcast do video streaming or is it only radio streaming as i may do video streaming so which software would i use for that?
