Low-Mid XX

System of a Down usually goes as SoaD but you might be able to go that path if you develop it.

I'm not generally a fan of LLL.cc - even dictionary words

I'm thinking sod more as in the grass that gets 47107 on OVT. I know some might not be familiar with the term but it's pretty common around here.

Considering 3 letter .cc isn't worth much yet, low XX. But it will increase over time.

Yep I agree, mid $xx to high $xx.

I'd keep it for a few years, and then there will be an increase in domain names.. good ones, and you will have one.
