I've made legit money in domains every month since 2003 although sometimes I feel guilty as most of it happens when I'm sleeping.

I've backed off selling for a while. I think the world economy might pick up this year - the price of copper seems to indicate this. I suspect that decent domain names could increase in value as well. It could be a time to buy rather than a time to sell. I'm also hoping that Bitcoin will become more popular amongst domain investors.

OMG! Sincerely, were you expecting an offer of 10K on the above Domains?

Congratulations on having such premium domains in your portfolio!
Thank you. Yes. I was expecting more than 10k. Central Barangaroo is a Geo world class new financial centre in Sydney CBD, a 1.5 billion 4-5 year construction projects is under way. I may hold on another 5 years....and develop the website and create business ....

Few here on NamePros but these don't really matter since I'm generally selling for peanuts here. :)

USA.Deals - buyer offers €5000, I accept the offer, but heard nothing from buyer when request for fund transfer through Sedo transfer service.

CentralBarangaroo.com and BarangarooCentral.com - receive offers $10000 each. I counter offer $40000 each - buyer not interested. I lower the offer $20000 each but no respond yet.

Got my first inbound offer (my set BIN price) on a domain for $2,275 nearly a week ago, but the Escrow.com transaction (which the buyer initiated) has stalled.

Crossing my fingers the buyer doesn't back out. That would actually be my first sale of the year, if it goes through.
