So many trademarks Trades on this domain

I regged Cinnabon.net last night I think but I forgot to see if there was any trademarks. I just checked and theres 43 of them for "Cinnabon" Should I give this domain to them before they send me a letter?

Depends. What was your original intent for the domain?

Cinnabon has 390 independently owned franchises, I'm sure many of them wouldn't mind owning this domain and can be good end user candidates with a legitimate use for the name.

I was going to just redirect it to a porn site. Guess thats a no no?

You could sell it to someone who has a legitimate use for the domain and be just fine. At any rate, it's no big deal to just hand over the domain if you do get a C&D letter or domain dispute.
