The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
trademark law is complex
I am not a lawyer
-------------------------

they may have a trademark
but you only will have issues,
if you actually use your domain in a way
that it interferes with their actual trademark
means you need to check "classes"
and the details of what they have protected

if you have a "for sale page" with no ads
most of time or will be fine

- just my experience - no advice -
