Finally finished a layout for one of my fav. domains - http://www.visually.net - none of the links are up thought. please post any comments/suggestions/etc. thanks

You are not using valid html: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://www.visually.net/. The colours are good but the font is tiny. Why are the numbers sloping vertically?

On the other pages you may need a "home" link. But other than the font and invalid coding I quite like your site. I am not too fond of the "link" with its glaring blue colour standing out from the more sombre greys, maybe you could make the colour of the links #000066. Also Try not to have a "link" link and instead try and merge the link with the content of the message.

Good Site

The layout is simple, but nice. I like it. The font is a bit too small and can be hard to see for some. But, otherwise the purpose for the website was immediate given, you've presented your audience with your product choices and did so on one page. From a design view the page looks nice, but just needs some minor fixes and from a business view it's just about the perfect homepage.

you just found outerglow in photoshop or something? that text on ur banner is absolutely impossible to read!!
Theres not enough contrast in your text. Everything just seems hard to see and feels very blurry.
The layout is nice, its just your text that needs sorting imo.

Carl, I've worked with over 85 webdesign clients fyi, so no, I didn't just find outerglow. I think a lot of older folks and people with blurry vision have trouble reading the bottom part of that banner as it fades to a lighter color, and with the light text, it does look like an outer glow. I can see it fine but in order to accomodate to all kinds of users, I'll most likely shorten that paragraph and make the text bigger

I didn't mentioned this, but I didn't write up my stylesheet yet for it, so the font is exactly 1px too small, and the links will be an orange color with a roll-over underline attribute

The overall layout is Nice IMO ~ But as mentioned above the text/fonts are to small and Cloudy on the images ..... Let us know when the stylesheet is on :tu:

I fixed the small text problem and changed the graphic with the blurry text and added a small stylesheet

Hey,

Looks nice. I like your logo, has a nice feel to it. I would improve the text on the menu, make it a little more readable, maybe use a different font - you could try some pixel fonts. Also, a nice stylish background would change your site's look completly. Oh, and I would use external CSS files for the CSS code - same goes for JavaScript.
