SnapNames Seller Program, did anybody try?

SnapNames has send me the seller agreement but I don't make the decision to accept it or not.

What I am worried is the "Exclusivity" clause:
The parties agree that names provided to SnapNames for the purpose of sale shall not be marketed or sold elsewhere while the name is available for order on the SnapNames site.

So it means that I can not market my domains on any other place after transfered / listed my domains on Snapnames.. If there are no buyer interested in my domains (or not going to pay my reserve price), I lost all other change to generate business...

Wondering any others have names on Auction under "SnapNames Seller Program" already? How does the auction going? Got active bids or not?

Hope to get your advice before making decision :)

Thx!

It's not for ever ... it's basically only for as long as the domain is listed for sale on Snapnames...

Which makes perfect sense, since SnapNames is doing the work of promoting the domain far and wide, and thus should be compensated for it.

Sure there's Sedo, Afternic, etc but Snapnames has a solid auction platform that gets many big hitters, plus they enforce sales unlike the others who will do little to nothing - how can they when they don't have a credit card on file like Snapnames does for both buyers and sellers.

I'd say give Snapnames a try assuming the listing commitment is no longer than 6 months.
