Okay on that web site www.uspto.gov it has THE S'PETACULAR DOG SNACK COMPANY as copy righted. I dont think so but would that mean that snack company.com they could take from me. I dont know anything about tm's or searching on the site www.uspto.gov . Can someone help me or give me some advice.

What "Registration Number" (for the Trademark) did you find ... for the one you mentioned? Also, are you checking for Trademark's or Copyright's (there's a difference)? Finally, have you visited the "link" I provided and seen any evidence (a TM symbol, perhaps) of an existing Trademark?
