I will not be accepting the $750 offer because it was an offer for payment over a 12 month period and I would much rather prefer a direct payment. Anything that I receive over $150 for will likely take the site.

I'd take $750 over 12 months over $150 1 time anytime. Just ask the buyer to give you the first two months to initiate the deal...

Yeah, but he said he wants a test period of a month. Which would mean that I transfer the domain name and hosting to him on June 1st and then he would only give me my first payment on July 1st. Sorry I forgot to mention that.
