Hello ! First time I started thread in this section. I find this domain suitable for fashion industry or also for future trend in fashion and tech where trousers will have sensors so they can be warm in winter or cool your body in summer...What do you think ? Thanks in advance

There are several companies working on something like this, but it will take some work on your part to sell them on the domain. I actually watch this industry pretty closely as it has a lot going on that might be ready for Prime time in the next 2 to 10 years. This is not a domain where they will likely search for you and make an unsolicited offer. Honestly, I think the biggest problem will be selling them on the word "trousers" instead of pants.

Yes, I also think pants is better keyword, but British for example use term pants for underwear if I am right...

If there was a heater and cooler for common mans pants (as opposed to NASA or racing uni) it would most likely an apparatus seperate from the pants.
