the smartcookie one is the better domain, no doubt about it. mid $x.xxx :imho:

masspromotions is not a bad one either, however, since your target group are companies that are heavily into promoting/advertising/etc. they are also (usually) very good in branding their own name, thus making it a bit more difficult to sell masspromotions.com for a higher price. Nonetheless, i'd give it a mid $xxx to low $x.xxx :imho:

I'd have to agree, the domain has strong brand potential, but not so strong for parking strength. Best bet is to seek out owners of similar domains for the greatest return on this one, or dev it yourself.
