I bought it in January. I couldn't monetize it properly in January due to the big transfer time.
I parked it in Bodis from 1st of February and it earned $7.81 so far (in 15 days in February) (refer attached photo). So it is making more than its average still.
I look for offers around its avg 1 years revenue which is $120 (10 x 12). (It a very cheap price for a domain which makes around 15 per month).
