Small html query/Google AdSense question

I have a design where I want to put a line down it seperating the navigation menu and the middle content, I got told to do add

style="border-right:1px #0d5982 solid;"

to the td tag before a certain command which is

<td width="160" bgcolor="#1a1a1a" valign="top" height="300"

Everytime I do that tho it doesnt work and im doing exactly what I was told? Any help pls?

Also on Google adsense policies, I want to make a site but have galleries on it, non nude of course, how fussy are they with say bikini clad women?? Or is that even not allowed?

I still cant get it to work for some reason, this is the code

I got told to put it in the td tag before the left menu bit and I do that and nothing comes up?
