Small Flash File required

I need a small flash file created for License Plate Frames Dot Com. The image is roughly 400-500 px wide x 200-300 px high (will finalize prior to starting). I will supply the background car image, license plate frame image, and font file for text.

I need the license plate frames to change styles, and text that either appears and stays or ???? Similar - not the same as cruiser frames dot com.

Please provide cost and time frame. Representative of work appreciated.
