I use FreshBooks for my business and you can accept paypal payments on invoices generated from FreshBooks and only get charged $.50 per transaction. The catch is the buyer can only pay via their PayPal balance or echeck.
I don't why I haven't used it for smaller domain sales until now, but it works really well!
