Small Cheap PHP/MySQL coder needed!

I have one great php programmer here at NamePros XRVEL; who works fast and incredibly cheap for me. However, he may be busy on some days , and I need a second programmer than can work by tasks. (As in , I give a list of what I need to be programmed/fixed, and I pay by tasks done). I sometimes pay in advance, but that's after I get a couple tasks done and earn your trust.

Requirement Knowledge:
PHP and MySQL
Note: You don't have to be an experienced php programmer, just as long as you can get the task done in 2-3 days, and maybe learn on the way I don't mind a few mistakes when sending me the changed script, but I need to have it fixed without repeat.

I usually pay in $NP, but I can as well, pay in PayPal (without fees).

I have a script from a friend already, but need it to be fixed from flaws and errors, and add some additional small features to it.
