Slow connection time...

Anyone else having problems with s l o w connection times on the Internet today?

I use Comcast and, wherever I go, it's SLOW!

About 4 days ago there network was lagging. I did a traceroute to find comcast is on EV1 and AboveNet. Both networks had 300MS~. Very poor. Seems to be ok now, but not as fast as it usually is.

I usually get about 15mb down and 1mb up.
