this is a TM, get rid of the name

Its like saying you can register "Googled" or "Googling" but not Google

Everyone knows what Skyping is and its showing bad faith

If you just registered it you should be able to contact your register and get a refund.

When you find a name your not sure about put it in the perpurchase appraisal section for input before you waste your investment. You should ask for a refund if that option is not available just let it drop.
