I ran an automated appraisal for SkipNavigation.com , which came back at $31,000! Google shows Results 1 - 10 of about 115,000,000 for "Skip Navigation"
Should I be excited?
Thank you,
Claude

Alright - lets get this out of the way. Auto-mated appraisals are not accurate. Sometimes you find weird domain names that trick the system into higher valuations. Several things create value in a domain name, but the primary value (assuming no traffic) is when an end-user asks himself why does he need/want your domain.
The answer? He doesnt.... I wouldnt have regged this domain name and I feel the odds if it selling are slim-to-none. Sorry to dissapoint, but I think sometimes we all need to be grounded a bit.
I own skippernews.com that just started an auction for $150.
Now considering your phrase I couldn't see it being more popular
even though it is related, unless you had developed the site and it was
considered a brand that would have value. I only bring up my domain
as in my mind it is very close to yours but I think yours would be worth
less. IMO..
My point about my domain is that I've had it almost a year with very
little interest. This plays back into what Spade has said that the buyer
must have a plan and the name of the domain fits the buyers plan. It's
clear now someone has a plan that fits my domain name.
I Agree wth Spade it's really all about what the buyer wants and if the
name can add value to the buyers business plan.
Just as a side note I've been researching lately about selling domains faster
and what I've found is to actually put a price on it. Do not leave it make
offer. Also most names sell for under $200.
