Sitewide links on PR 5 arcade (above the fold)

I own www.web-arcade.com which is a PR 5 arcade. I have 0 outbound links atm. Im willing to create a section on the left menu called "friends" or "links" (near the top) with text links.


I'm looking for $10 / month per, but am open to offers for 3+ months or a lifetime link price.
