"Des" is French for "of the" so essentially (in a French marketplace and end user) it could mean "of/ or the site". All other main major extensions are still available for this however. I would target a French market if possible and expect a good Mid XXX sale to low x,xxx to the right end user. However I don't see much retail in the western market (at least as end users go)

This domain makes litteraly no sense, even if you target a french market this is ridiculous, you say "des sites", not "des sites", not "des site" and OF COURSE NOT "site des". Not sure what was your intention with this one to be honest.
