i think you were a lil harsh on the undeveloped value

because in my opinion it is a very good name

and resell value is low xx for undeveloped but end-user will pay mid xx

also developed it'll definately go above mid xxx :)

good luck

Low xxx . Undeveloped. Very nice domain.
Enduser: mid to high XXX.

I think it's a really nice domain, would probably be mid $xx undeveloped, probably more with an end-user.

Thanks everyone so far, rep added to all. Anymore?

.ORG lets it down.
undeveloped = xx
people are relating the .org to free software (openoffice etc), so an ad powered site creator could pull in at least a grand if you dev it, more with user base

Undeveloped: Mid $xx
Developed or end-user: Up to mid $xxx

Very good domain, .org seems to "fit" better with this domain for some reason. It makes the site sound like an open source programming site, which is a growing market. Good luck selling, you have a potentially nice domain here.

SiteCreator.org is a good name but the ext. suggest non-profit use.
This would be a nice name for site builder tools and webmaster tutorials, scripts etc.
Up to mid-$$$ undeveloped.

I think .org's have gotten pretty popular lately, even as a commercial site. I personally prefer .org's over .net's. Of course, .com's will always dominate.

I think the name itself could fetch low $xxx's. As the last person mentioned, it would make a great name for a tutorial/software type of website. It's a very nice two word, generic name for the website development market.
